Overview of the Feedback Comments Module

The Feedback Comments module displays feedback messages that have been sent using any Feedback module on the portal. The module can be set to display all feedback comments or feedback comments from a single feedback category.

Moderating Pending Feedback

How to moderate feedback submitted using the Feedback module. This enables you to select which feedback comments are displayed in the Feedback Comments module.

1. Select Feedback Moderation from the module menu. All feedback comments requiring moderation will be listed in the Pending Feedback section.
2. In the Pending Feedback section, select one of the following options:
   1. Publish: Click the Publish link beside a feedback comment to publish it on the Feedback Comments module. This feedback will be viewable by all users authorized to view the Feedback Comments module.
   2. Set Private: Click the Set Private link beside a feedback comment to set it as private. Private feedback is not published on the Feedback Comments module. Private feedback is viewable in the Private Feedback section of the Feedback Moderation page.
   3. Archive: Click the Archive link beside a feedback comment to archive it. Archived feedback is not published on the Feedback Comments module. Archived feedback is viewable in the Archived Feedback section of the Feedback Moderation page.
3. Click the Return to module link to return to the module.

Reclassifying Moderated Feedback
How to reclassify feedback submitted using the Feedback module. This enables you to set any feedback comments that have already been moderated as visible or not visible in the Feedback Comments module.

1. Select Feedback Moderation from the module menu.
2. Locate the feedback comment to be reclassified and select one of the following options:
   1. Publish: Click the Publish link beside a feedback comment to publish it on the Feedback Comments module. This feedback will be viewable by all users authorized to view the Feedback Comments module.
   2. Set Private: Click the Set Private link beside a feedback comment to set it as private. Private feedback is not published on the Feedback Comments module. Private feedback is viewable in the Private Feedback section of the Feedback Moderation page.
   3. Archive: Click the Archive link beside a feedback comment to archive it. Archived feedback is not published on the Feedback Comments module. Archived feedback is viewable in the Archived Feedback section of the Feedback Moderation page.
3. Click the Return to module link to return to the module.
